Company values bingo helps teams connect abstract principles to everyday behavior. Each square is a value or mindset your org already talks about—so the game doubles as a light culture refresher.
It works well for town halls, L&D sessions, manager offsites, and new-hire weeks when you want participation without another slide deck. People ops and internal comms teams use it as a warm-up before deeper discussion.
How to play: Everyone joins from their phone. The host calls values or short phrases; players mark a square when they have seen that behavior exemplified recently—or when they commit to it in the quarter ahead, if you prefer a forward-looking twist. Adjust rules to match how “serious” you want the room to feel.
