These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BingoGoat at bingogoat.com and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BingoGoat is an online bingo platform for groups and teams. Hosts create and run games; players typically join via a link without creating an account. Features may change over time.

Hosts must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may offer a free tier and paid ("Pro") subscriptions. Free tier limits (such as the number of players per game and number of saved games) are described on the site and may change with reasonable notice. Pro features are available only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges as shown at checkout. Taxes may apply where required.

Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with your initial Pro subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of the first charge by contacting [email protected]. Refunds outside this window are at our discretion and subject to applicable law. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access.

You may not use the Service to violate law; infringe others' rights; distribute malware; harass, abuse, or harm others; scrape or overload our systems without permission; attempt unauthorized access; misrepresent your identity; or use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could lead to injury or substantial harm. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You retain rights to content you provide (such as custom words). You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. BingoGoat's name, logo, and software are protected and may not be copied except as allowed in writing.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BingoGoat and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You will defend and indemnify BingoGoat against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction's laws. Where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country, those rights remain available to you. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting [email protected] in good faith.

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
