BingoGoat (bingogoat.com) provides an online bingo platform for teams and groups. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, the third parties that may process it on our behalf, and how you can contact us. By using BingoGoat, you acknowledge this policy.

Account and authentication: If you create a host account, we collect information you provide or that your identity provider shares with us, such as your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive profile details allowed by your Google consent (for example, name and email).

Game and usage data: We store games you create (titles, words or number settings, themes, status, and related configuration), billing-related identifiers when applicable, and operational logs needed to run the service.

Player (guest) data: Players may join without an account. We generate a session identifier stored on the device, a player display name, bingo card data, marked cells, and optional contact information (such as email) if a player chooses to provide it (for example, after a win).

Technical data: Like most web services, we receive IP address, browser type, device and approximate location derived from IP, and cookies or similar technologies required for sessions, security, and preferences.

We use the data above to provide, secure, and improve BingoGoat; authenticate hosts; sync live games; process subscriptions where you purchase Pro; send transactional or service-related messages (for example, receipts, security notices, or product updates when enabled); comply with law; and enforce our Terms of Service.

We rely on vendors that process data on our instructions or as independent controllers where noted:

Supabase (database, authentication, and storage) hosts account and game data.

Stripe processes payments and subscription billing; Stripe receives payment details and billing contact information according to its own policies.

Anthropic (Claude) may process prompts you submit for optional AI-assisted word generation.

Infrastructure and analytics providers (such as our hosting platform) may process technical and log data to deliver the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the service, and as required by law or legitimate business needs (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records). You may request deletion of your host account data where applicable; some records may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form, or where retention is legally required. Guest session data may be removed according to our retention schedules or upon request where we can reasonably verify the request.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
